The construction of a custom home typically takes 12–24 months, depending on the size, complexity, and specific details of the project. Because each home we build is tailored to our clients’ needs and the land it sits on, timelines can vary.
During your initial consultation, we’ll review your vision, site conditions, and overall scope to give you a personalized timeline. Our goal is to ensure every step is thoughtfully planned and meticulously executed.
While we don’t directly handle land purchases, we partner with some of the best local real estate agents who specialize in finding exceptional properties in the Charleston area. Once you’ve found a location you love, we’re happy to review it and provide expert insight on how well it suits your custom home vision.
